The news out of Houston is that Exxon Mobil posted a record profit of $39.5 Billion last year. And Hillary Clinton wants to take that profit and use it for her own designs. I think Exxon’s profit is as obscene as the next person considering the prices we pay at the pump, but that doesn’t mean the government should have the right to arbitrarily seize that profit for what they deem to be a better use of the money. I think the public speaking fees and book deals former presidents and their first ladies make are obscene, why don’t we seize those monies and fund inner city literacy projects? Microsoft makes a lot of profit, we should steal that and fill all the schools with laptops. And the profit Oprah personally makes every year? Earmark that for combating childhood obesity. If Hillary keeps gapping her yap like this AND she wins, we as a nation of morons will truly have the government we deserve.
